-50% non-refundable deposit is due 24 hours after invoice is received. Non-payment will result in a cancellation.

-Invoice must be paid in full a week prior to pick-up/delivery.

- Orders can and will be cancelled at our discretion for unpaid balances. Desserts by Dionne has the right to cancel any order.

-Pick-up location is Lawrenceville, GA. Delivery is offered for an additional fee. 

-No changes to decor/design once deposit is made. 

-Orders placed with less than 5 days notice will incur a $50 rush fee and must be paid in full at time of inquiry.

-Inspiration photos are only inspiration. I will not completely duplicate another 

-Once the cake is out of our hands, we are not responsible for any damages.
